We pick up, wash, fold, and deliver your clothes — using plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents that are safe for your family and the planet.
How It Works
1️⃣ Choose your laundry bag size:
• Small Bag - $25 (holds 22" W x 28" H - 18–25 lbs)
• Standard Bag - $35 (holds 24" W x 36" H - 28-35 lbs)
• Large Bag - $55 (holds "30" x 40" - 40-45 - lbs)
2️⃣ Add Same-Day Service if needed (+$15)
Available in Zone 1 only (Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg)
Pickup by 9:00 AM, delivery by 6:00 PM
Monday-Friday only
3️⃣ Schedule your preferred pickup day and time
4️⃣ Leave your bag at your door or designated drop spot
5️⃣ Get it back — fresh, folded, and eco-clean within:
• 24–48 hours (Zone 1)
• 48–72 hours (Zone 2 & 3)
• Same-day if you selected the Same-Day Service add-on
• Weekly schedule (ESU Plan for students)

📍 Zone 3 – +$15 delivery (Saylorsburg, Effort, Tobyhanna)
📍 ESU Plan – No delivery fee (On/off-campus students, weekly pickup)

How does EcoLoop laundry pickup work?
Schedule your pickup online, leave your laundry bag at your door or designated drop spot, and we’ll handle the rest — pickup, wash, fold, and delivery right back to you. Easy, eco-friendly, and reliable.
Do I need to be home during pickup or drop-off?
Nope! Just leave your laundry bag in your chosen safe spot. We’ll notify you when it’s collected and again when it’s on its way back. You can enjoy your day while we handle the rest.
How long does it take?
Most orders are delivered fresh, folded, and ready within 24–72 hours, depending on your delivery zone. You’ll always get a text or email update once it’s on its way.
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents that are gentle on clothes, safe for sensitive skin, and kind to the planet. Every load is cleaned separately — never mixed.
How is laundry charged?
We charge a flat rate per bag — no weighing, no surprises, just simple, transparent pricing. Pickup & delivery are free in Zone 1 (Stroudsburg & East Stroudsburg), with small distance-based fees in other zones.
Do you offer business or Airbnb laundry plans?
Absolutely! We provide flexible recurring pickups for Airbnb hosts, vacation rentals, and small businesses. Contact us to set up a custom schedule that fits your needs.
How do I reschedule a pickup?
Just reply to your confirmation email or message us directly — we’ll help you adjust your schedule quickly and easily.
