How does EcoLoop laundry pickup work?
Schedule your pickup online, choose your bag size (Small $25, Standard $35, or Large $55), leave your laundry bag at your door or designated drop spot, and we'll handle the rest — pickup, wash, fold, and delivery right back to you. Easy, eco-friendly, and reliable.
What is Same-Day Service?
Need your laundry back today? Add our Same-Day Service for an additional $15 flat fee. Available in Zone 1 only (Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg), Monday-Friday. Pickup must be by 9:00 AM for delivery by 6:00 PM same day.
How much does it cost?
We charge a flat rate per bag:
• Small Bag - $25 (holds 22 x 28 lbs)
• Standard Bag - $35 (holds 24 x 36 lbs)
• Large Bag - $55 (holds 30 x 40 lbs)
• Same-Day Service - +$15 (optional add-on)
Delivery fees by zone:
• Zone 1 (Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg) - Free
• Zone 2 (Tannersville, Mount Pocono) - +$10
• Zone 3 (Saylorsburg, Effort, Tobyhanna) - +$15
• ESU Plan (Students) - Weekly pickup schedule, no delivery fee
Do I need to be home during pickup or drop-off?
Nope! Just leave your laundry bag in your chosen safe spot. We'll notify you when it's collected and again when it's on its way back. You can enjoy your day while we handle the rest.
How long does it take?
Most orders are delivered fresh, folded, and ready within 24–72 hours, depending on your delivery zone. Zone 1 gets 24-48 hour turnaround, Zone 2 and 3 get 48-72 hours. If you choose Same-Day Service, you'll get it back the same day (Zone 1 only).
What kind of detergent do you use?
We use plant-based, hypoallergenic detergents that are gentle on clothes, safe for sensitive skin, and kind to the planet. Every load is cleaned separately — never mixed.
Do you offer business or Airbnb laundry plans?
Absolutely! We provide flexible recurring pickups for Airbnb hosts, vacation rentals, and small businesses. We offer:
• Volume discounts (10-20% off for bulk orders)
• Recurring service contracts with locked-in pricing
• Same-day rush service (Zone 1)
• Free delivery for orders $200+/week

What is the ESU Plan?
The ESU Plan is our student-friendly laundry service for East Stroudsburg University students (on or off-campus). We offer weekly pickup schedules with no delivery fees. Same flat-rate pricing applies: Small $25, Standard $35, Large $55. Perfect for students who want to focus on their studies, not their laundry!
